★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda gittiğim restoranlar arasında fiyat kalite makası hiç bu kadar açık olmamıştı 5 porsiyon çöp şiş yedik tam 250 TL ve taş çatlasa 350 400 gram et yoktu bile. Kesinlikle ama kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Çöpe atılacak paranız varsa evin çöpüne atın birde oraya giderek benzin yakmayın.
 Among the restaurants I have been to in my life, the price-quality gap has never been so clear. We ate 5 portions of skewered skewers for 250 TL and even if the stone was cracked 350 400 grams of meat was not available. I definitely don't recommend it. If you have money to throw away, throw it in the garbage of the house and do not go there and burn gasoline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlgi alaka üst seviyede. Esnaflık ve profesyonel işletmecilik arasındaki ince çizgide yer alıyorlar. Siparişimizin neden geciktiğini özür dileyerek masamıza gelip detaylı anlattılar ki biz geciktiğini bile anlamadık henüz 10 dakika olmuştu geleli. Demek ki kendileri bu durumdan rahatsız olmuşlar ki açıklama yapma gereği duydular ve bundan çok memnun kaldik. Üstüne üstlük gecikmeden dolayı içeceklerin ikram olduğunu söylediler ( içeceklerinde yarısını ödeyip en azından helalleştik ) . Bu devirde böyle esnaflık kalmadı , insan özlüyor. Yemeklere gelince, kokoreç ve köftesini yedik gayet doyurucu ve lezzetliydi. Hesaplar makul seviyede endişeniz olmasın.
Interest is high. They sit on the fine line between craftsmanship and professional management. They came to our table apologizing why our order was delayed and explained in detail that we didn't even realize it was late. It had been 10 minutes since we arrived. It means that they were disturbed by this situation that they felt the need to make an explanation and we were very pleased with it. On top of that , they said that the drinks were offered due to the delay ( we paid half of the drinks and at least said goodbye ) . In this era, there is no such tradesman, people miss it. As for the food, we ate kokorec and meatballs, they were very satisfying and delicious. Don't worry about accounts at a reasonable level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşletmenin adında çöp şiş ibaresi olunca çöp şişi iyi olmalı diye düşündük ancak etler gerçek anlamda sertti, hayal kırıklığı oldu. Et köftesi lezzetli. Mama sandalyeleri kirliydi. Iki çöp şiş, bir köfte, iki kapalı bir açık ayran toplam 160 TL, çöp şiş 50 TL, köfte 40TL.
We thought that skewer must be good when the name of the establishment had the phrase 'stick skewer', but the meat was really tough, which was disappointing. Meat patties are delicious. Highchairs were dirty. Two garbage skewers, one meatball, two closed and one open ayran total 160 TL, garbage skewers 50 TL, meatballs 40TL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oldukça lezzetli ve kesinlikle pahalı değil. Buradaki yorumlara bakarak ailecek geldik. Sunum da gayet iyiydi etler de yumuşaktı. Açık ayranı çok beğendik mutlaka isteyin. Çöp şişler küçğk osmanlı ocağı üzerinde geliyor ve sıcak kalıyor. Her şey çok güzeldi. Hesabı ödedikten sonra içtiğimiz suları da ödemek istememe rağmen almadılar. Belki küçük bir şey ama çok hoşuma gitti.
Quite tasty and certainly not expensive. We came as a family based on the reviews here. Presentation was also good, meat was soft. We liked the open ayran very much. Garbage skewers come on the small ottoman stove and stay warm. Everything was perfect. Even though I wanted to pay for the water we drank after paying the bill, they didn't take it. Maybe it's a small thing, but I really like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t be put off by the review ratings. This is one of the best meals we have ever had in Turkey. A small family-run eating place, it doesn’t look like much on the road from Didim to Kuşadası. It was deserted at lunch time.
Yet, the meat was succulent, tasty and tender. The spinach and cheese gozleme was warm from the open coal oven. There is no menu and the language was complicated, but you can point to what you want! We did not try the kokorec but it looks good on the rotisserie. The ayran was frothy and refreshing.
A tour of the barn in the back is a must.
Thank you to all the wonderful, warm-hearted people who served and kept us entertained while we waited for our food to be cooked.
