Hemen firma yetkilisi ile iletişime geçtim durumu anlattım ve telafisinin yapılmasını istedim; önce kabul etmek istemedi sonra bir bakayım dedi fakat geri dönüş yapılmadı. Ben her seferinde kendisine yazdım bugün yarın kargoya vereceğini söyledi fakat aradan yaklaşık bir 10 gün geçti. Kendisinden göndereceğini düşünerek takip numarası istedim tamam dedi malesef o da gelmedi. Hatanın telafisi için yeteri kadar beklediğimi düşünüyorum. Bu yapılan hiç hoş bir durum değil hakka hukuka uygun da değil müşteri kaybettiler
