Salça, reçel, zeytin gibi siparişlerimizin içerisinde en çok dikkatimi çeken ürün ise tereddütsüz PATLICAN REÇELİ oldu. Evet tamam ceviz reçeli de çok güzeldi ancak sanırım özel bir yöntem ile ve minicik olarak yetiştirilmiş bu patlıcanların eskiden Annemin yaptığı gibi kirece yatırma usulü ile yapıldığını tahmin ediyorum. Kütür kütür çok farklı bir lezzet, mutlaka öneririm. Ayrıca salça ve zahter de öncelikli tavsiyemdir. Aslında hangi birisini tavsiye etsem bilemiyorum hepsi ayrı lezzet ??
