 I think the most central site in Batıkent. Minibus stop, bus stop, taxi stand, 3 bazaars, 1 large well-maintained park, basketball court, football field, playground, and a large park with sports equipment and at the same time 2 close to the school, ahmet hamdi tanpınar secondary school is the other school, nature college language school and very close to the atlantis shopping center, the only bad side of the site is parking problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eski ve güzel bir site batıkentteki yüksekte ve en düz merkezi sitelerden biri 100 m2 kullanım alanı var, bir oda iki odaya bağımlı, salon ayrı. 24 blok 480 meskene sahip merkezi ısıtmalı asansörlü mantolama yok ama iyi ısınan bir site doğu bati olan bloklar ve güney kuzey cepheli iki farklı blok tipi var dört köşesinden başkentteki neredeyse tüm ego,halk otobüsü ve dolmuşlar geçiyor osmanbey çarşısı hemen yanında

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siteye 2 puan veriyorum o da site olduğu için fakat site yönetimi tam bir gereksiz gurup baştan aşşaya sorunlar çok ilgilenip çözülecek konu yok diye düşünüyor garipler. Site içinde varlıklı ailenin arabaları daire başı 3 ve ya 4 taneye çıkıyor ama herkes arabasını koymuyor bu insanlardan dolayı.yönetimde buna sessiz kaliyor o da yetmezmiş gibi site içinde park sorunu yaşayanlara yer açacağı yere normalde park edilen yerleri de engelliyorlar işte o kadar gereksiz bir yönetim. Site içerisinde ağırlıklı olarak yaşlı insanlar oturuyor. Site de giriş katlar ısınma problemi yaşıyorlar yönetim bu konuda hiç bir şey yapmıyor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadece ısıtma sistemi güzel..dar bir site..yönetim tın....19.blok 16 numara cocuk ve yatak odası rutubetli...ev sahibi pert evi boyayip insanları rutubetli ev de oturtuyor...sonra da evi boyatmanızi isteyip depozitonuzu vermiyor...
Only the heating system is beautiful .. a narrow site .. management loam .... 19th block number 16 child and bedroom are damp ... the owner paints the house and makes people sit in the damp house ... then he asks you to paint the house and does not give your deposit ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ev odalar garip, dar ve biçimsiz. Yatak odaları rutubetli her yağmurda pis bir koku geliyor. Çok kullanışsız , bakimsiz.şekilsiz dar . Yönetim değişik ilgisiz alakasiz. Cam balkon yoksa Balkonlar kuşlardan.... perişan halde ...tek iyi yönü merkezi ısıtma sıcak. Ev sahibi evin rutubet olduğunu gizler, çıkarken de boya badana ister. Hiç sevmedim.
House rooms are awkward, narrow, and shapeless. The bedrooms smell bad whenever it rains. Very useless, poorly maintained, shapeless narrow. Management different irrelevant irrelevant. The balconies are shabby .... from the birds ... the only good aspect is the central heating is hot. The owner hides that the house is damp, and wants paint and whitewash when leaving. I have never liked.
