 I've had my carpets washed for years, and my carpets come as clean as the first day. I have them washed in other places when they are busy and when I am in a hurry, I regret it every time. I say don't be surprised by my year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiç memnun kalmadım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. 3 ay arayla 2 kat fazla ücret talep ettiler. İlk söyledikleri şey zam yaptıklarıydı. İtiraz ettiğimde önceki sefer yanlış hesapladıklarını son fiyatların geçerli olduğunu söylediler. Bir daha asla vermem halılarımı.
I was not satisfied at all. I definitely do not recommend. They demanded 2 times more wages with an interval of 3 months. The first thing they said was that they had a raise. When I objected, they said that they had miscalculated the previous time, and that the last prices were valid. I will never give my carpets again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saten halımı kullanılmaz hale getirdiler. Bu firmaya paspas bile vermem. Zaten halınız zarar görürse yandınız. Muhatap bulamadığınız gibi birde dalga geçiyorlar. Hakkımı bu konuda helal etmiyorum
They made my satin rug unusable. I wouldn't even give a doormat to this company. If your carpet is damaged already, you are burned. They just make fun of you as you can't find an interlocutor. I don't make my right about this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 halı için 180 lira para ödedik. Bambu halımı şubat 2021 yılında 10 TL'ye yıkamışlardı. Şu anda 30 TL'ye yıkıyorlarmış. Tamam zam yapın ama %20 zam yapmak etik olmamış.
We paid 180 lira for 3 carpets. They washed my bamboo carpet for 10 TL in February 2021. They're washing it for 30 TL right now. All right, get a raise, but it's not ethical to raise 20%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yillardir halilarimi yiltem haliya yikatirim bugun arayip 2 halimin yikanmasi icin alinmasini rica ettigimde telefonda ki bayan arac cikartmak icin en az 75 TL yikama ucreti olmasi gerektigini 75 TL tutmayan yikamalardan 75 TL ücret alindigi soyledi, şaşkinliktan anlayamadim önce 2. kez sordum yine aynisini söyledi.
1. Evimle yiltem hali arasi 2 km var yok taksi metre bile o kadar yazmaz ?
2. Bana mi özel cikiyor bu arac ??? 09.30 - 13.30 arasi alinacak diyip bu ucreti talep etmek servis isinide ticarete döktügünuzu gosteriyor yakismadi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uzun süredir bu firmaya halı yıkatıyorduk. Fakat son günlerde 2 adet halıyı 103₺ ye yıkadıktan sonra bir daha yıkatmayı düşünmüyorum. Ayrıca 75₺ altı yıkamalarda halıları getirmek için servis bedeli çıkarmışlar. Kusura bakmayın bizden bu kadar..!!
We have had this company wash carpets for a long time. However, after washing 2 carpets for 103₺ in the last days, I don't think I will have them washed again. In addition, they charged a service fee to bring the carpets for washing less than 75₺. I'm sorry, that's all from us..!!

Artık güzel reklamı olduğu için fiyatlar gerçekten fahiş fiyat katogarisinde.(diğer firmalara göre)
Birde bir 75 TL olayı var servis için,
Buna saygım var haklısınız fakat 1km yer içinde aynı şeyi söylüyorsunuz 10km yer içinde bunu km olarak ayırmanızı istiyorum. (Yemek sektöründe olan bir sistem) bu kadar
