We bought an Arzum brand mixer and could hardly use it at our summer house. We took it to the service, they said a usage error. They said that we could not use the new product we bought a user error. Yılmaz Teknik is useless. They sent the photo of the device to the factory and they said a usage error. Without seeing the device. Stay away from Arzum products because the Arzum brand does not stand behind its products. The mixer we use in my winter house is 15 years old. without examining the device, they poke the citizen for a usage error.
