Zaten bir kaç çeşit üründen başka birşey satmayan küçücük bir bakkalın müşteriye karşı daha duyarlı ve hatta güler yüzlü olması gerekli diye düşünüyorum. Kaldı ki, bu işletme sahibi bay ve bayan bu durum için bana bir açıklama dahi yapmadılar. Ki biz komşuyuz.Bumudur işletmecilik?
