★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ümraniye Tepeüstü şubesinden parasını odediğimiz halımız üzerinden 32 gün gecmesine rağmen henüz gelmedi. Esnaflık bir yana biraz .... 1 yıldız çok bile. Paran ile rezil olmak istersen bir uğrayın.

Saygısız ve müşteriye olan hatsiz davranışları nasıl bir esnaf ve mağaza oldukları belli . Tepeüstü ndeki YILMAZ HALI dan aman bir şey almayın.
In December 2017, I became a festival bamboo. Day 2 I crashed in a certain area by deleting the carpet. The store officers closed the subject by saying a user error that does not concern us. It is obvious what kind of shopkeepers and stores are disrespectful and unhappy towards the customer. Do not buy anything from YILMAZ CARPET on the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buradaki yorumları okumamakla hata yaparak burdan birkaçtane halı aldım. bir tanesinin modelini beğenmedik ve fiyat farkını ödeyerek değiştirdik. ertesi gün içlerinden bir tanesinin daha modelini begenmediğimizden değiştirmeye karar verdik ve bu sefer iade para almamız gerektiğinden şirket kuralları gereği iade ve değişim olmadığını söylediler ve sizi de mağdur etmek istemiyoruz diyerek bir kartvizitin arkasına rakam yazarak elimize tutşturldu 1 sene içerisinde kullanabilirsiniz diyerek gönderildik.Elimizdeki kartvizit ile maalesef buraya gelmeye mecburuz ama bir dahamı

Hem pahalı hem kalitesiz hemde saygisizlar ürünü size satana kadar çok iyiler ama satana kadar sonrasında problem yaşarsanız yılmaz hali için bir düşmansiniz Öznur denen şahıs size hakaret bile edebilir dikkatli olun derim. Bu mağazaya adres sormaya bile girmeyin.
I've never seen another store that is as greedy and disrespectful as these. Both expensive, poor quality and disrespectful people are very good until they sell the product to you, but if you have problems afterward, you are an enemy for the indomitable state. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu mağazadan birkaç kez alışveriş yaptık. İlk alışverişlerde problem olmadı ancak son alışverişimizde istediğimiz halıyı belirttikleri sürede tedarik edemediler. Bir haftaya teslim ederiz dediler. Aradan bir hafta geçti arayan soran olmadı. Biz aradık sorduk. Halı dokumada dediler. Bir iki hafta sürer dediler. Sonra tekrar aradık 3-4 hafta sürer dediler. Siparişi iptal ettik. Bu halıyı piyasada iki katı fiyata bulamazsınız dediler. Olsun dedik. İptal edilen tutarı iade etmeleri iki hafta sürdü. Bu iki hafta boyunca her gün arayıp hatırlatmak zorunda kaldık. En sonunda ödemeyi iade ettiler. Bulamadıkları halıyı da yarı fiyatına başka biryerden aldık. Diğer firma aynı gün kargo yaptı. Ertesi gün elimize geçti. Açıkçası esnaflık tarafları zayıf. Personeller kaba. Bu kafayla nasıl ticaret yapıyorlar anlamadım!
We have shopped from this store several times. There was no problem in the first shopping, but in our last shopping, they could not supply the carpet we wanted in the time they specified. They said they would deliver in a week. A week passed and no one called or asked. We called and asked. They said carpet weaving. They said it would take a couple of weeks. Then we called again and they said it will take 3-4 weeks. We canceled the order. They said that you cannot find this carpet in the market for twice the price. We said yes. It took two weeks for them to refund the canceled amount. We had to call and remind every day for those two weeks. Finally they refunded the payment. We bought the carpet, which they could not find, from another place for half the price. The other company shipped the same day. We got it the next day. Frankly, the tradesmen are weak. Staff is rude. I don't understand how they trade with this head!
