The künefe that came was pre-made, it was ice cold, it had almost no syrup, it was not crispy and it was incredibly tasteless. We asked the waiter to taste it, when he tasted it, he gave us the right. Although I have stated all these, we are doing it like this, and everyone is very happy. Although I stated my grievance, they did nothing in the name of customer satisfaction. I said that you could at least offer a cup of tea or a dessert for the sake of heart, and they gave a ridiculous answer like "We'll fix your grievances next time". If you want to eat künefe, you can go to İkram patisserie and diva. You can eat much more delicious, satisfying and very affordable in terms of price, and you will not be exposed to such a treatment. I definitely do not recommend it.
