We held talks for urban transformation after the earthquake. First of all, I searched the company and examined its references, I saw that it is a company with a very new history in the construction industry. Company executive Mr. Seyfettin responded positively to our requests3 and we advanced our meeting at a reasonable price as the cost of the work, but it did not take long to realize that this positive approach was tactical. I saw that every time we came together with him, he was increasing over the price. And we have also agreed that we can do this business with monthly installments until the construction is completed with the loan that the state will give within the scope of urban transformation. But then he demanded one-third of the payment in advance. In other words, he was completely out of our agreement with him at the beginning, and he completely lost his commercial trust with us. we gave up giving this job to him. I mean, he didn't do his word right, I didn't think he could do his job as it was a new company. It is not a firm that has the capacity to get a lot of work financially. He only looks at his earnings against the land payment. I think it is my most natural right to report here, as someone who has experienced the seriousness of the interest in the business of this company, which caused us to be injured and lost time.
