Ancak yapıldığından beri hiç bir bakım görmemiş olması en üzücü yanı.
This building is a unique design in the commercial center of the city, completed in 1953, with a structure that distributes access to 5 separate streets. The total length is 850 meters. There are around 60 shops and workplaces.
But the saddest part is that it hasn't seen any care since it was done.
