Garanti belgesinde herhangi bir ücret talep edilmeden onarmaları gerektiği yazıyor. Bir de dalga geçer gibi fabrikayı ara oradan servis iste diyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Öğrenciyi dolandırmaya çalışan bu işletmeden alışveriş yapmayın.
I bought a water heater from here. After 2 weeks, there was a burning smell. I told them to come and fix it. They said we have a service fee of 50 TL. The warranty document states that they need to be repaired without any charge. He says call the factory and ask for service from there as if he was kidding. I definitely do not recommend it. Do not shop from this business that tries to scam the student.
