(First we would make the payment and then receive service. The payment I made in March includes the service I will receive until 15/03/2020 - 15/04/2020). However, they stated that they could not make a refund, we could come to the kindergarten and receive 1 month service, otherwise we could not be deducted. They said that even though I repeat that I do not want to send my child to the daycare center, they will not make a refund. When I asked about the legal basis, he said that there is no legal basis, this is a decision taken by our accounting. In order to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Panel, I asked for documents showing that my son was educated at that institution, but I could not even get them. They said that the student file belonging to my child is no longer kept in school but in accounting due to the pandemic. I waited for 3 weeks, they kept busy and did not give a copy of the student file.
