★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık 1,5 sene önce 5000 tl peşinat ve ayda 750 tl olarak anlaşarak 2 adet yatak odası 1 adet 3 lü kanepe ve 2 adet berjer(tekli koltuk) toplam 21.000 tl olarak alışveriş yaptım.
Verdiğim siparişlerin tam olarak gelmesi 45-50 günü buldu, siparişler geldiğinde montajını yapacak olan şahıs montaj işinden anlamadığını aslında al-sat işi ile uğraştığını söyledi.
İyi kötü bir şekilde birlikte birleştirdik hepsini elimden geldiğince anlayışlı oldum fakat montajdan yaklaşık 30 gün sonra dolap kapakları kabarmaya başladı komedi gibi dimi, aradığımda yapılacak bir şey yok dediler, (ayıplı mal olarak mahkemeye şikayet edebilmek için satın aldığınız ürünün bütün borcunu ödemeniz gerekiyormuş)bir dolap kapağı için bütün eşyaları iade edemedim vs daha sonra ödemeyi 2 ay geciktirdiğim için beni avukata verdiler ve kalan bütün borcu avukat masrafları, faiz ile birlikte ödememi istediler. Bu faiz avukat masrafı vs hepsi 6100 lira tutuyor.
Avukatlarıda kendileri gibi çok fazla anlayış istiyorlar ama kendileri kesinlikle anlayışlı değil.
Vs ben bu borcu ödüyorum bir şekilde şu an mahkemeliğiz bu işletme ile eğer alışveriş yapıcak olan olursa malzeme kalitesi BERBAT, işçilik BERBAT, sizden anlayış beklerler ama kesinlikle kendilerinde bir gram anlayış yok.
Eğer alışveriş yaparsanız kesinlikle önermiyorum pişman olursunuz yapmayın.
 Approximately 1.5 years ago, I agreed with 5000 TL down payment and 750 TL per month and shop for 21,000 TL in total, 2 bedrooms, 1 3-seat sofa and 2 armchairs (single sofa).
It took 45-50 days for the orders I made to arrive in full, and when the orders came, the person who will assemble it said that he did not understand from the assembly work and that he was actually dealing with the buy-sell job.
Well, badly, we combined it all together, I was as understanding as I could, but about 30 days after the assembly, the cabinet doors started to swell like a comedy, when I called, they said there was nothing to do (you had to pay all the debt of the product you bought to complain to the court as a defective goods) I could not return all the items for the cover, etc. They later gave me the lawyer for delaying the payment for 2 months and asked me to pay all the remaining debt with the attorney's expenses, interest. This interest costs lawyers costs etc. all of them 6100 pounds.
They want a lot of understanding like their lawyers, but they are definitely not understanding.
Vs I am paying this debt, we are currently in court, with this business, if shopping is going to be done, material quality BERBAT, workmanship BERBAT, they expect understanding from you, but they certainly do not have a gram understanding.
If you shop, I definitely do not recommend you do not regret.
