 Lg authorized service is helping....it's faulty. First LG Turkey general service for the device. call they are more understanding and helpful. and they share information.

They are making fun of the users 3 times. I send my phone under warranty, they update and send, the phone just came in your hand and while you are happy, the phone gives the same malfunction and explodes in your hand, so they are not worth 5 money.
