I gave a carpet to this company for the first time. I preferred it because it is close to my house. Initially I liked their interest and relevance. But they stained one of my carpets and I sent it back. We used stain remover but they gave it to me by sticking a label saying that it did not come off. Although I have expressed my grievance, no steps have been taken to compensate for the mistake and not even apologized. A company that does not take responsibility for its own mistakes will not accept any good. I do not suggest.
