Family Cafe, enjoyed their food!

We (5 people) had dinner here on August 4th 2021 ( after eid al Adha holiday) They were the least professional restaurant I have seen in my life. It took more than an hour to bring our drinks after which they brought food for each person in our party 15 minutes apart. The last was the chicken that my mom and husband ordered. We could see in the kitchen they took chicken out of freezer after an hour of our order and started seasoning it. Which obviously the seasoning did not work out. None of the food we ordered tasted good and they were very oily. Please don’t trust these reviews. We kept seeing their customers leaving their food not eaten or sending them back. We were surprised how this restaurant is rated 4.9 on Google. We were originally very impressed that it was a family restaurant but it really disappointed us. My sister ordered Turkish ravioli, my dad ordered the soup, my mom and husband the chicken and I ordered the pasta with sauce on the side. As a reply to the restaurant reply: I think you got us mistaken for someone else because we came after eid al adha and we did not order two food per person. And the restaurant was not full. You had only three tables out and when we sat down only one more was full. Please check your information beforehand. You were delivering the food to the next door hotel and at one point we saw the food put in your car. So many people were coming in and out of the kitchen which made us uncomfortable about the food hygiene.

Authentic and Local family run restaurant ♥️ Small cute place with such lovely owners. We had soup with the best fresh local bread (of course!) and the potatoes were fresh cut! So happy we stopped by! Thank you for your hospitality.

I was honestly pleased by this place! Such a lovely family restaurant with always smiling owners. And the food - just great! Can highly recommend. 10/10

The food here is wonderful and super affordable! The family that runs it is so kind and patient with us not speaking the same language. We went back multiple times during our stay. Highly recommend!
