★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tavsiye üzerine Ercan Ustayi duyarak gittim. Gittiğimde Şahin usta vardı. Şahin usta aracımin arizasini tek seferde buldu ve doğru bir şekilde nokta atışı tamir etti. Aracım la gayet iyi şekilde ilgilendi, guleryuzlu ve misafirperverdi. İşlerinin ilmini iyi yapıyorlar. Gayet ilgili bilgili makul fiyat ve samimi bir ortam. Aracım Volvo V50 2006. En ufak arizada telefondan bilgi veriliyor ve ne istenirse ve ne gerekiyorsa o yapılıyor. Abartı ve üç kağıt yok. Artık aracimi başka yere götürmem.
I went by hearing Ercan Usta on the recommendation. There was Master Şahin when I went. Şahin master found the malfunction of my vehicle in one go and fixed it correctly. He took good care of my vehicle, he was smiling and hospitable. They do good knowledge of their work. Well-informed, reasonable price and friendly atmosphere. My vehicle is Volvo V50 2006. In the slightest malfunction, information is given over the phone and whatever is requested and what is required is done. There is no exaggeration and three papers. I no longer take my vehicle elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tavsiye etmem.diğer volvo ustalarına gitmeleri daha doğru olur bence.Aracım 99 model s70 t5.araç ısınınca çalışmamsından dolayı kırşehirden Ankaraya yiğit volvo ercan ustaya teslim edildi.Ercan ustayla araçın problemlerini bildirdim.Tamam denildi 15 gün sonra araç hazır dediler.cumartesi günü aracı ivedikte esnaf olan arkadaşım aldı.bende pazar günü aracımı almaya Ankaraya gittim.aracın yanına gittiğimde bunseferde rolantide gürültülü çalişıyo gaz yemiyordu.ercan ustayla telefonda görütük aracı bırakmamızı istedi.bende bırakıp tekrar kırşehire döndüm.4 gün sonra arası araç hazır dedi tekrar ankaraya gidip aracı teslim aldım.ücretini ödedik çıkıp şaşmaza klimacıya gittim.aracı stop ettik bu sefer sıcakken gene çalışmadı.Ercan ustayı aradım araç çalışmadı dedim.Aracın sorununu elektirikçi orada halletti Allah ondan razı olsun.Ama benzinde rolantide dalgalanma,benzin yememe ve egzozdan gelen patlamalar .Yiğit volvonun tamirinden sonra olan arızalar,beyni değiştirmişler ,sensörler değişmiş,ha birde benim aracın beyninden parça söküp tamam ladığı başka bir beynide bana 3500 liraya taktılar.Allah hepsinden razı olsun aldıkları parayı nasıl yiyecekler bilmiyorum.Bu arada aracımdaki sorunlar aynen devam ediyor.

I reported the problems of the car with the master Ercan. They said OK 15 days later, the car was ready. My friend, who is a tradesman, bought it. So I went to Ankara to pick up my car on Sunday. When I went to the car, it was working noisy at idle and not eating gas. Ercan asked us to leave the car on the phone with master. .we paid the fee and went to the air conditioner without fail. We stopped the car and this time it did not start again when it was hot. I called the master Ercan and said that the car did not start. The electrician took care of the problem of the car there, God bless him. malfunctions, they changed the brain, the sensors were changed Oh, and they took a piece of my vehicle's brain and put it back to me for 3500 liras.
