New Industrial Site, established on the left before Karataş road comes to Havutlu. However, there are many more vacancies. I think it will take a year or two to revive.

Dükkanların yarısına yakını açık durumda. Tek olumsuzluğu haritadan yol tarifi aldığında Havutlu ışıklarından u dönüşü yaptırıyordu. Haliyle yol uzuyordu. Site yönetimi karayollarına başvurarak kendi kapısı önüne dönüş kavşağı yaptırdı. Bu sorunu hallederek ulaşımı kolay hale getirdi. Havutlu dolmuşları ve kırmızı belediye otobüsleri önünden geçiyor. İşiniz düşerse uğrayabilir siniz.
The newly established industrial site on the left before reaching Havutlu on the Karataş road. The site is nice and neat. There are security guys. The shops are spacious. It has a grocery store inside. Half of the shops are still open. The only negative was that when he got directions from the map, he made a u-turn at the Havutlu lights. Still, the road was long. The site management applied to the highways and had a return junction built in front of its own gate. It solved this problem and made transportation easier. Havutlu minibuses and red municipal buses pass in front of it. If your job goes down, you can drop by.
