I bought a piano from here before, but if I knew that they were having trouble when buying back the product they sold the day after, I would definitely not shop here. The headset, which was given as a gift, was already delivered much later. They have consumer rights and I guess these people do not know about it. Disrespect for sure ...

I went to Yess Music on 15.03.2021 to buy a violin bag as a gift for my new violin to buy for my daughter, and I bought a violin bag and a resin. In the meantime, I said that I was looking at the piano for both myself and my friend's daughter. The most important of the information they provided on this issue, they stated that they were behind the piano they sold, in case of any malfunction. I thanked and left the store. In the evening of the same day, I was given a violin box and resin for my daughter, next to the violin I bought second hand from someone else. Therefore, I did not need what I bought, and I went to the store to return it on 16.03.2021, 1 day after receiving it. The officers in the store called and talked to the authorized persons and as a result, they could not return to the credit card due to the fact that the products were purchased with a credit card 1 day ago and the Z report of that day was received, but the fee deducted for using the 2% post device and 18% VAT were reduced. They stated that they could pay in cash. In other words, a product comes out of the store, the money is taken, the next day the product enters the store again, takes its place on the shelf, but 18% VAT is charged from me. Therefore, I gave 530 TL. They refunded 426 TL back. I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee on the subject. Bünyamin, the official of Yess Music, contacted me on 19.03.2021. They stated that they had just learned the subject, they were sorry about the transaction, and they wanted to pay the deducted 104 TL. They returned the money from Yess Music Bahçelievler branch on 20.03.2021. I thank them.

I brought my guitar for detailed care, Brother Remzi took care of it very meticulously and in detail.

We bought violin strings and pillows. They didn't have the violin string. It was in their warehouse and they sent it by courier. We did not have any problems with the products and shipping. Prices are more affordable than the market. Our friends who shopped on the internet did not have any problems. I definitely recommend Yess Music store.
