★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site yaş olarak biraz yaşlı. Memur için ideal. Çarşıya kısmen uzak. Araba şart. Kiraları makul. Evler kısa vadede çok değerlenmiyor, değer kazanması için ev alacak olsam tercih etmem. Ama kira vermektense en az 5 yıl oturacaksam alır, giderken satarım, böyle daha mantıklı olur.
The site is a bit old in age. Ideal for the officer. Partially far from the bazaar. A car is a must. Their rents are reasonable. Houses are not valued much in the short term, I would not prefer it if I were to buy a house to gain value. But rather than renting it, if I am going to sit for at least 5 years, I buy it and sell it when I go, it would make more sense.

Nice site. The cottages are just a bit narrow. Purchasers may be able to host at a reasonable price with some renovation. Easy access to markets and shops for other needs
