★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yerleşim yerinin biraz dışında. Ulaşım ildem pazar yerinde ki tramvay durağına ring otobüsleri ile oluyor. Çok fazla alış veriş imkanı yok ulaşım sıkıntısı var. Gelişmeye müsait. Çevre düzeni güzel sakin bir yerleşim yeri.
A little out of town. Transportation is by ring buses to the tram stop in ildem market place. There is not much shopping opportunity, there is a transportation problem. Suitable for development. The environment is a nice quiet residential area.

It is a very quiet place, very far from the center of Kayseri. Even in Ildem, you have to change 2 buses. Also, my opinion is that the security forces filled with liquor bottles on the road should be more active in this region.
