Havası çok temiz. Sesiz sakin ve genelde gürültüsüz bir yerleşim alanı. Çoğunlukla memur kesimin ikamet ettiyor.Özellik ana yol üzerinde bulunan yürüyüş ve bisiklet yolu bulunmaz bir nimet kesintisiz 5-6 km sürüş yapacağınız bisiklet yolu var. Dezavantajları ise çocuklar için daha geniş oyun alanı park ve ağaçlandırma alanı yapılmalı.Şehir merkezine Uzak
