Parkurda rekor kırmanın (41) gururunu yaşattı Yeşilova ailesi . Herkese tavsiye edeceğim bir kurs , aklınızda soru işareti kalmasın derim...?
I gained my BESYO experience with Yeşilova and it ended successfully. I started with 51 seconds in POMEM and helped me get down to 39 seconds Yeşilova family . Yeşilova family made us proud of breaking the record (41) on the track. It's a course that I would recommend to everyone, I say don't leave a question mark in your mind...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklasık 4 ay eğitim aldım ilk antrenmanımda 53 saniye de POMEM parkurunu bitirmiştim son antrenmanımda ise 40 saniye yaptım.
Mulakatta ise 43 saniye yaparak.
Bunların yanı sıra dağ koşularının sayesinde 17 kilo vererek kendi rekorumu kırdım sanırım.
?? Yeşilova candır gerisi heyecandır. ??
I trained for about 4 months, I finished the POMEM track in 53 seconds in my first training, and I did 40 seconds in my last training.
In the interview, by doing 43 seconds.
In addition to these, I think I broke my own record by losing 17 kilos thanks to mountain running.
