My friend is sitting and the place I go to him is not much of a feature.It is a good site to reside in a natural place with green surroundings.

Where I live for 7 years. Disadvantages: There is a distortion in the campus as in Zonguldak. For example, two of the buildings are facing the other back. The buildings are 15-20 years old. The walls are thin and sound. The fight on the top floor can sometimes be heard on the bottom floor. The population generally consists of the retirement group. That's why the positive energy on the site is low. There are children, but no neighborhood culture. I did not even go out until the quarantine period started. There is no circulation outside. No fun. Unfortunately, neighbors are either absent or misunderstood in their people. Neighborhood is not gossiping with a surly smile, just as if you know a lot about the people you greet. Neighborhood is the door that you can play when needed. Neighborhood is to endure. It is to warn when necessary. It is to look after each other. Unfortunately, most of the population of this site is unaware of this. Advantages: It has a nice little garden with several gazebos. The view is not bad either. You can sit and listen. Also, the site has no connection with other streets, it has a large area and parking lots that can fit 4 cars under each building. If there is no more space, you can leave the car in a large area randomly. The last advantage is that there are no students. You do not see drunk and fighting types at night. It is quiet. It is decent. It is too calm.

This is a business, not a cafe, this is a site with 40 flats. Our home so 5 stars
