★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived in to Kaş following the Lykela Yula, my friend recommended Yeşir Restaurant. Glad to find it!! Delicious food and friendly, welcoming people inside. I had turkish chicken and vegetables and my friend had moussaka, both were well cooked and really tasty. The moussaka was really special. Thanks!! we'll be back again!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right across from the belediye in Kas on the main street sits this Turkish restaurant owned by quite an entrepreneurial lady with a big smile and alacrity to talk and chat. The food mainly is staple Turkish canteen food, something that I like very much reminiscent of the boarding school days of my middle schooling, on display so you can point and choose, a luxury you do not get even at The French Laundry. I think they also make the ubiquitous pide and kebabs as well which i do not fancy anymore because they are boring. The seating outside I recommend highly so that you can people watch and eat something like walking and chewing gum at the same time. Eat here if the meal is nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpretentious Turkish food prepared from scratch every day by a husband and wife team. We’ve been here a few times and we’ve never been disappointed. The wife does the service outside, she is very friendly and speaks enough English to explain the menu. My husband is crazy about the stuffed eggplants (karniyarik + Pilav). Meals come with a small salad and bread and the meatball casserole. Highly recommended!
