★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 şubatta aracımı teslim aldım. Şanzımanın ufak bir arızası vardı, sağolsunlar hemen hallettiler. Başta Samet usta olmak üzere oradaki her bir çalışan oldukça güleryüzlü, yardımcı ve insan canlısıydılar. Ve özellikle misafirperverdiler. Arıza hemen tespit edildi ve yapıldı. Her biri çok sağolsun. InsAllah boyle devam ederler.
 I picked up my vehicle on February 4. There was a minor malfunction of the gearbox, thank you, they fixed it immediately. Every employee there, especially Samet, was very friendly, helpful and human. And they were particularly hospitable. The malfunction was detected and done immediately. Thank you very much to each. InsAllah they continue like this.

Folks complain about the service department, but they're fine. The sales department is really bad and I am not satisfied either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019 model sportage aracımın ilk sahibiydim 10 bin km de henüz. Araçta kalkış esnasında titreme oluyordu ve içindekileri baya sallıyordu. Bunu servis elemanları turda hissetmelerine rağmen oyalamaktan başka bişey yapmadılar. Beni 3 4 kez başka şehirden Batmana getirttiler (bulunduğum şehirde servis yok.) ve sonuç hep aynı. Arızayı tespit etmelerine rağmen garantili aracıma yok efendim değiştirsek yine aynı olacak vs gibi akılalmaz cevaplar verdiler. Onlar yüzünden aracımı sattım henüz 10 bin km de olan garantili arabamı yapmadılar. Hakkım varsa helal etmiyorum.
I was the first owner of my 2019 model sportage vehicle at 10 thousand km yet. The vehicle was vibrating during takeoff and it was shaking the contents a lot. Although the service personnel felt this on the tour, they did nothing but delay. They had me brought to Batman from another city 3 4 times (there is no service in my city) and the result is always the same. Although they detected the fault, they gave amazing answers such as no guarantee, sir, if we change it, it will be the same. Because of them, I sold my vehicle and they haven't made my guaranteed car at 10 thousand km yet. If I have the right, I do not excuse it.
