Hello, My wife and I wanted to go to a public college in Canada and we looked for a counselor. We decided on this business with a so-called corporate identity, based on the high score and positive feedback it received from Google reviews. Our advisor was Mr. Onur. In this process, you also know that one of the most important things is to stay in touch and to provide a constant flow of information. However, we did not experience this unfortunately. We sent our application documents to the college. I learned that one of our documents was not accepted when I called on the phone and said that we are at the stage. I said yes it might be, I took it again and sent it and we continued. In general, we did not receive positive or negative feedback from the school that sent acceptance in 10-15 days. When I tried to reach my advisor, I was at the meeting and I was leaving a note to the other ladies/gentleman who answered the phone, and believe me, there was no response. The last time I called 2 days ago, really fed up with the situation, I learned that Mr. Onur had gone to the military. Of course he can, but I think that another consultant could have been assigned to me in an e-mail. Frankly, I was very surprised to learn this by calling myself. Later, a gentleman named Alper said that he was my new advisor, but he was looking at language schools, and I wanted a state college, so I would be transferred to my university department, and he would be sent to the relevant department officials via emergency coded mail, and I would be returned within the worst day. Even though it has been 2 days since he said it, no one has contacted me and I have no energy. This process, which I thought I was lucky to work with a consultancy company with a CORPORATE identity, which I started with great enthusiasm, ended in disappointment for me and made me think that this high score was artificial. As a note, I would like to point out the following. What I write is a testament to my experience. If the esteemed administrator is going to write something under this comment, please do so after talking to the people mentioned in the comments and learning the truth, I would be very pleased.

An unprofessional institution that caused my brother to be denied a Canadian visa. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone. If you want to apply for school, definitely work with a counselor who has a certificate. We learned the reason why my brother was rejected from a consultant who does his job professionally. Unfortunately, it was rejected because they registered a university graduate in a program that even a high school graduate could enter. Tons of effort and money of our family wasted. It happens to those who try to go under difficult conditions with limited means, like my brother, because they get their commissions and cut money in dollars for each person. Nothing happens to the institution. Please be sure where your money is going and do not trust it. However, we had directed our brother to Yero with the advice of our friend, but we made a big mistake by trusting. I am writing this especially so that you do not agree with this institution and give you your money. DO NOT bleed. It will be your money!
