The market place is beautiful as a place, but,
No Kotnrol is done at the entrance to the market, as our people, no one pays attention to the distance and hygienic rules.

16 Eylül 2019 tarihinde hizmete girmesi planlanan Yeni Kapalı Pazar’ın açılışı pazarcıların talepleri üzerine ileri bir tarihe ertelenmişti. Pazarcı esnafına Yeni Kapalı Pazar alanına geçişleri konusunda iki ay süre veren Derince Belediye Başkanı Zeki Aygün, bu süreçte pazar alanında yeni düzenlemelerin yapılacağını açıklamıştı. Bu süreçte bir yandan pazarcıların talebi doğrultusunda yeni düzenlemeler yapılırken diğer taraftan çeşitli kurum ve kuruluşlardan temsilcilerin katılımıyla Pazar Yeri Kuruluş Komisyonu oluşturuldu.
Not: 2 Aralık 2019 'da hizmete açıldı.
The construction of the new indoor market in the Yenikent neighborhood, the construction of which was started and completed by Derince Municipality, is now underway.
The opening of the New Closed Market, which was planned to be put into service on September 16, 2019, was postponed to a later date upon market demand. Derince Mayor Zeki Aygün, who gave two months to the tradesmen about the transition to the New Closed Market area, announced that new arrangements would be made in the market area in this process. In this process, while new regulations were made in line with the demand of marketers, on the other hand, a Market Place Commission was established with the participation of representatives from various institutions and organizations.
Note: Opened on December 2, 2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahalle kapalı pazar yeri olarak yeri yanlış.Mahallenin işlek caddesi,işlemez hale geliyor.Ayrıca küçük.Gıda satıcıları kapalı alanda,giyimciler dışarıda.Pazarın eski yeri daha iyiydi. Pazar eski yerine taşınsın.Kapalı alan oto park yeri olarak kalsa daha iyi olur.Ayrıca Pazar günleri ilçenin oto pazarı olarak bu alan kullanıma açılabilir.
The neighborhood is wrong as a closed market place. The busy street of the neighborhood becomes inoperable. Also small. Food vendors are in the indoor area, the clothing shops are outside. Move the market to its former location. It would be better if the covered area remains as a car park. Also, on Sundays, this area can be opened as the district's auto market.
