Telefondaki kadın çok kabaydı ve müşteriye kesinlikle saygısı yoktu, telefonda açıklama isterken bağırmakta neyin nesi????? Siz nasıl kurumsunuz. Terbiyesizler. Bizlerde işletmeciyiz ve böyle saygısızlık asla görmedim ve yaşamadım. rezervasyon alan nedüğü belirsiz, kendini bilmez kadını çalıştıran o Aşağılık zihniyeti kabul etmiyorum.

 Hello. The staff at your hotel how rude people !!!!!! I can say the last point of manners. The woman on the phone was very rude and had absolutely no respect for the customer, what's the shouting on the phone asking for clarification ????? How are you soot. Rude cost. We are the operators and I have never seen and experienced such disrespect. reservation area of the unclear, running the woman who does not know himself I do not accept the vile mentality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten ein kleines Zimmer gebcht und konnten für 100TL ein upgrade in ein sehrs grosszügiges Zimmer vornehmen.
Einen Strand givt es hier eigentlich nicht, aber es einen Steg raus ins Meer auf welchem man sich sonnen kann und von welchem aus man ins Wasser steigen kann.
Der Receptionist ist sehr nett und kann als einziger englisch, was uns sehr weitergeholfen hat, da wir mit ihm den Coronatest und weitere Dinge organisieren konnten. Das Frühstück ist ausgiebig und es hat sowohl salziges wie auch süsses.
We booked a small room and were able to upgrade to a very spacious room for 100TL.
There is actually no beach here, but there is a jetty out into the sea on which you can sunbathe and from which you can step into the water.
The receptionist is very nice and is the only one who speaks English, which helped us a lot because we were able to organize the corona test and other things with him. The breakfast is extensive and has both salty and sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otel fotoğraflardan daha iyi. Personel güler yüzlü. Deniz görmeyen odalar oldukça küçük. Bölgedeki en iyi otel. Plajı oldukça iyi rahat, ferah. Kahvaltı idare eder. Genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Yine gitsek burada kalırız. Ayrıca ismi Grand Koru Otel olmuş
The hotel is better than the photos. The staff is friendly. Rooms without sea view are quite small. The best hotel in the region. The beach is quite well comfortable, spacious. Manages breakfast. We were generally satisfied. If we go again, we will stay here. It was also named Grand Koru Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dıştan göründüğü kadar ve fiyatının çağrıştırdığı kadar iyi değil. Öndeki manzaralı ve büyük odada kaldık. Kapının üst bölümü kırıktı, kolu yoktu. Saç kurutma yoktu. TV bozuktu. Personel iyiydi.
It is not as good as it looks from the outside and as its price evokes. We stayed in the large room with the front view. The upper part of the door was broken, there was no handle. There was no hair dryer. TV was broken. Staff was good.
