★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeni Damak'a verdiğim pide siparişi iftar saatinde tam bir hüsrandı. Dışı yanmış içi pişmemiş bir vaziyetteydi. Fırın çok yanarken pideyi aceleden içine atmışlar dışı yanmış içi de pişmemiş. Misafirlerime karşı mahcup oldum. İçini kendiniz hazırlıyorsanız dikkat edin çünkü özenmiyorlar.
The pita order I gave to Yeni Damak was a complete disappointment at the iftar hour. It was burnt on the outside and uncooked on the inside. While the oven was very hot, they threw the pita into it in a hurry, it was burnt on the outside and not cooked on the inside. I was ashamed of my guests. If you prepare the inside yourself, be careful because they do not care.
