Personele veya ilgiye soylenecek fazla söz yok. Fakat otobus kalitesi derseniz işte o sorunlu. Otobüs çok bakımlı değil. Koltuklar çok rahat değil. Koltuk arkası tv lerin çoğu arızalı. Personel yardımcı olsa ilgili olsada otobüs kalitesi düşük olunca ister istemez içinize sinmiyor, rahaysız bir yolculuk oluyor. Umarım kısa sürede bu eksiği de giderirler. It is generally preferred among Aksaray companies. If you have problems at the ticket time, they will help you as much as they can. There are not many words to say to staff or attention. Bana gönderilen bilette peron 44 yazıyordu otobüsün kalkış saati 13.30 ben saat 13.15 de firmayı aradım bilen bilirbaşti kalabalık bir yer bana firma peron 130 dan kalkacak otobüs diyor niye bizi arayıp sormadımız diyor. Sizinle muhattap olmak istesem zaten gelir yerinizden alırdım. Bunu da geçtim o kadar eşyam var kalabalık ve kocaman bir yerde bana 15 dakikada peron 44 den peron 130 a gelmezseniz otobus kalkar diyorlar.
