I don't understand how the quality of a place drops that much. Employees are very barzo and disinterested impulsive types . Although it used to be a quality place, now it's a disgrace

The place is under smoke, the service is average in the cafe, service quality is important. The side of the glass is broken, these are important details. No napkins on the table and in the toilets.
