★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWFUL CAFE - SERVICE - PLACE. Okay, the place itself is beautiful, but you will hate the place because of the cafe's staff. Additionally, they are allowing customers to smoke inside of the cafe which is definitely banned by the law. They are earning money just because of the view which you can get by being in the middle of meydan and on the roof. Drinks, food are served for the sake of fullfilling the order, not to satisfy the customer, totally HORRIBLE quality. For that prices which you pay in Yemen Kahvesi, you can find so many other good places with nice atmosphere and attitude, where the staff is commited to offer a great service with the smiling faces, willing to make customers to come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hookah is below average. Air conditioning is so bad that your clothes will be in smoke within a minutes. Prepare to have translator - no one speaks English.
If you are desperate to smoke hookah you can go. But don’t expect it to be great. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place and food was good also but when i ordered food, (the menu was had an english translation below the turkish one,i ordered after reading english translation as i do not know turkish that well),they didnot bring an item written on the menu, i asked the waiter he hesitant at first bit brought the missing item. At the end when he brought the bill, it included things we didnot order and waiters were insisting we had ordered those things but we had to talk to the manager to clear things out. The place is recommended as it one of only few good cafes in kayseri but order using the turkish menu not the translation.
