İnsan bi ödemesi yapılmış mı ? Temassız teslimat seçilmiş mi ? diye bir bakar.
Müşteri hizmetlerini aradım. Siparişi tekrar teslim için geri götürmüyorlar. Ücreti ise hesabıma 1-13 gün içerisinde yatıracaklarmış. Ne paketi geri getiriyorlar, ne de parayı geri yatırıyorlar. Saçma sapan kendilerine göre bir kural koymuşlar. Maksat, her zaman doğru olanı yapmaktır. Kuryelerinize biraz eğitim vermenizi öneririm.
I sent my order to another person, for which I paid online and selected contactless delivery. The courier friend went and found the person. The person said "I didn't order". The courier is back.

I called customer service. They do not take the order back for re-delivery. The fee will be deposited into my account within 1-13 days. They neither return the package nor deposit the money. They have set a rule for themselves which is absurd. The intention is to always do the right thing. I suggest you give some training to your couriers.

Quick yes thanks but I ordered labna. The package was opened and eaten inside. Although I wrote a comment later, there was no response and I could not find a contact person. I won't be ordering again anyway.
