Yelken Restaurant

I went to Yelken restaurant tonight with my family to have a nice dinner. They suggested a table and it was very dirty, then l asked to change the table lt was okay. I ordered kalamar, they said they dont have it! I was surprised as lt’s a fish restaurant! Bread was not fresh! It was very dry! Then l ordered the meal, we were 4 people! Everybody got their dish and mine still wasnt there. I asked it again, he said they forgat it and l waited 45 minutes more. When my dish was there, everybody was already eaten! I suggest dont go to that restaurant! At the end, l couldnt eat my food because l was very angry returned it back!! Their excuse was l should have said it as they should brıng the food at the same time! It is ridiculus !

The food here is borderline inedible - the octopus was brown, overcooked and stringy, the chicken on the kebabs seemed undercooked and the prices are double what you could get for such better food basically anywhere else in the area. So disappointed in my experience here, definitely would not recommend.

WORST RESTAURANT IN Kas Please avoid at all costs! Food is very expensive. When we arived they rushed us to a table an served us water in dirty glasses. After that came the waiter in such a rush he hit the chairs and almost fell on the table and started cursing. We orderd the food and when it arrived the waiter started serving it in such a rush he droped meat on me. They took my food back and after 5 minutes they brougth it back cold. I said i will not eat it and to bring me the check.

When the waiter saw us arab (not turkish) people, suddenly he transformed to lovely salesman trying to recommend a good fish for us. Unfortunately we didn’t realized that is his way in fraud, and because i knew turkish and i refused to pay 2064 TL he made the bill 1350 TL. Note: we didn’t order salad and water, also he insisted to give us unpaid fruits and tea to cover his act. *DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS RESTAURANT AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND*

Hands down the worst meal I've had in my 3 months in Turkey. I rarely write negative reviews but this place deserved it from the start the bead was stale, meze platter was tasteless, octopus was frozen then overcooked and overall much more expensive than everywhere else in the area. The food was genuinely inedible...

I seldom write negative reviews...even though they have a great position right on the marina unfortunately they have overpriced menu with very small portions and tasteless food with slow service...

We had a great time in this restaurant and from my experience I would’ve recommend it to anyone else. The fish was super delicious, but even so, it was overshadowed by absolutely amazing grilled octopus. I’ve read other reviews after I made an order and was a bit scared to see the number in the receipt, but it ended up with paying an absolutely ridiculous price of 280 liras for an outstanding dinner for two persons.

Very welcoming personnel, uncle and nephew. Really fresh food , tasty shrimps and calamari ? Also try baklava ?
