★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hem acılı hem de acısız tarhanadan bolca da almıştım. Açıkçası beklediğimiz lezzeti bulamadık. Her türlü pişirme yöntemini denememize rağmen sonuç ne yazık ki istediğimiz gibi olmadı. Bizim için hayal kırıklığı oldu.
 I also had plenty of tarhana, both spicy and not bitter. Obviously we could not find the flavor we expected. Although we tried all kinds of cooking methods, the result was unfortunately not what we wanted. It was disappointing for us.

Friendly service, amazing tarhana soup with a different presentation. It may be a bit of a problem for those who don't like pain, but I loved it. The fried village bread and boiled chickpeas and pickles that came with it provided a complete integrity. good luck to your hands

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uşak'a uğradıysanız ilk ayak basmanız gereken işletmelerden birisi burası. Sunumları oldukça geleneksel ve özenli. Şimşir kaşıklar, çömlekler, baharatlar... Tarhananın yanında haşlanmış nohut geliyor. Alışık olmayabilirsiniz belki ama çorbanın içine döküp yiyorsunuz. Ekmekleri kızarmış veya normal olarak olarak isteyebilirsiniz. Kızarmış ile çok çok güzel oluyor. Siz sordukça tarhana hakkında bilgi veriyorlar. İlgi ve bilgi yönünden çok iyiler. Tarhana çorbası porsiyon olarak fazla ve fiyat olarak 7.5 TL idi. Ayrıca gözleme tostu vardı ama tok olduğumuz için deneyemedik.
If you have stopped in Uşak, this is one of the businesses that you should set foot on. The presentations were quite traditional and attentive. Boxwood spoons, pots, spices ... Boiled chickpeas come next to Tarhana. You may not be used to it, but you pour it in the soup. You may want the breads to be fried or as normal. It's very very nice with fried. As you ask, they give information about tarhana. They are very good in terms of interest and knowledge. The tarhana soup was more than portion and the price was 7.5 TL. We also had pancake toast but we couldn't try because we were satiated.

We found it while we were looking for what to eat while crossing the road. Good thing we came across. Tarhana was delicious. It complements the taste of what is brought with it. You may experience the problem of parking in the full bazaar. Worth a try ?☺️
