Lovely clean hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pool fair warm compared to other hotels. However if you don't like cats this hotel is not for you as there are at least 10. Not a problem for us however as we love cats and kittens

The food is excellent, a nice mix of Turkish and Western food on offer. Mostly buffet style, chefs are on hand to prepare dishes fresh. The rooms are modest, but very comfortable, with plenty of easy to reach power sockets to charge phones etc. The rooms are cleaned and tidied daily. A crew of people are employed to provide entertainment in the form of shows in the evening, and activities such as water volley ball, aqua aerobics, darts and snooker throughout the day. It is possible to venture out further afield through excursions booked via your travel agent representative, or self guided using the local public transport which is very inexpensive. A taxi will collect and drop at the hotel entrance, or if you opt to use the bus, there is a stop about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel's swimming pool is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean with plenty of sun loungers. A water slide is open during certain parts of the day to keep the kids amused. The ONLY negative feedback I have is the lack of refreshments on offer to guests arriving from the airport after the all inclusive hours have closed. At the very least a sandwich should be available. We missed dinner the first evening because our flight was late departing the UK, but also because the transfer coach has to wait for at least an hour for passengers who are delayed in the airport (Visa's, lost luggage etc), so it wasn't the hotels fault we were late for dinner, but I doubt we were their first late arrivals. I'm sure the travel agent guides could ring ahead and pre-order food if necessary.

Excellent place to stay. All inclusive. Also used by package holiday companies. Would have 5 stars, but resort is on steep slope, so may not suit some elderly or infirm guests. Check access facilities. Food and service is great, all inclusive bar is local drinks only and not 24hrs. I have been twice as a private guest (not package holiday) and more than satisfied with value for money.

Excellent friendly service from start to finish, sun soaked resort for an entire day every day for all sun worshippers. The rooms are adequate and very clean, well serviced. You will never go thirsty or be hungary and the food and entire complex is very clean. The views from the poolside are excellent.

Amazing hotel. Amazing staff and manager. Make you feel so welcome and will do anything to make your stay as good as they can. When we stayed the entertainment staff were amazing Bulut, Gaye and Serkan. Waiting staff, chefs and bar staff were amazing too. Had such a great time we will be back soon.

Travel to this area regularly so my review is based on a comparison of similar budget hotels locally. 45/Male/UK (party of 8) Overall this hotel is not bad but at no point is it impressive. Lack of attention to detail results in a very lack lustre experience. Describe hotel in one word: Average Would I stay here again: No Location : away from all amenities , will require Taxi forclosest town £3 with 5 min drive & beach & activities £5 & 10min drive, each way. Taxis available within 2 minutes of pressing button at reception. Staff : Friendly & Helpful Reception : check in /departure tedious as No air con/respite from heat & no drinks available (first impressions count) Room : Small but clean and tidy does the job. (beds are rock hard) Sun Loungers : Not enough - all taken by 7am !!! Pool: Warm ,clean and well maintained Gardens / Grounds : Well maintained and Food : Good variety & tasty by Turkish Standards , Snack Bar offering good variety with friendly service. Bar : No complaints , staff freindly and drinks readily available Entertainment :Typicasl games around pool and low level evening shows. Keep your expectastions low and you will not be dissapointed. ( not sure guests drinking a pint of vodka qualifies as a raffle prize? ) Off Site: If you have not been to this area before , there is pleanty of day trips to be had for around £10 each that include transport to and from the event and usually include lunch. These include boat trips , jeep safari , quad biking etc . The area is very safe and the people very welcoming so do not hesitate to leave the hotel and explore. Favourite hotel a beautifully kept place. Gardens are gorgeous. Management and staff wonderful..

This place is a great place to stay if you are on a bit of a budget. Compared to other hotels in the area the price is much better. The food was good it’s not a Ultra All Inclusive hotel so you can’t compare it to that. We never went hungry as they are always serving food through out the day. The staff is what makes this hotel. We were given two rooms by the pool for our family which were nice. The staff are very accommodating and always have a smile on their face to help you. Samet at the bar spoke very well English and was always there to help. Housekeeping always made sure our room was clean and fully stocked with shampoo and fresh towels. The front desk let us use a room to shower after we checked out since our flight was at 10 at night. The people in the reviews complaining about very small problems are expecting a five star resort at the price they paid. I have stayed at 5 star resorts which looked great but did not have the employees customer service that this hotel had. The food was good but mostly meat and chicken not just seafood. The first night we were there it was great we had grilled fish for dinner but did not have it for the other 4 nights we were there. I think adding a bit more seafood would be nice. Also it’s very sad to see how the Turkish people who stay at this resort as guests waste so much food. They go and get 5 plates from the buffet and only eat two. So much food gets wasted why not go get plate by plate so you don’t waste any food. Overall a great stay and great location with nice Mountain View’s. I will definitely come back with our family.
