★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tam bir fiyasko servis! Salı arıyorum Awox marka TV kurulumu yapılacak diye, hemen ilk soru "TV kaç inç?". Çünkü Awox anlaşmaları gereği TVniz 55 inç ve daha büyükse ücretsiz kurulum. Ve bende 55 inç olduğunu söyleyince cuma gününe kadar dolu olduklarını ancak pazartesi günü gelebileceklerini söylediler. Tamam eyvallah isim adres vs kayıt oluşturdu, pazartesi oldu gelen giden yok. Salı günü oldu aradım dün gelecektiniz diyorum "kayıt oluşturmamışız, kayıt oluşturalım inşallah cumaya geliriz" diyor. Ben TVsiz kalmayıda geçtim, 14 günlük yasal iade hakkımı kaybedeceğim diye korkuyorum, beyefendiler bu hafta olmaz haftaya o da olmazsa inşallah cumaya... Ticarette işler inşallah maaşallah ile olmaz. Ya söz vermeyeceksin yada söz verdiysen geleceksin. İnsanlık halidir, varsa geçerli bir sıkıntı müşterine izah edeceksin. Ticaret ahlakı bunu gerektirir. Hiçbirşey olmamış gibi davranıp insanları evinde bekletmeyeceksin. Çok şükür aradım Awoxu ve hemen iade ettim TVyi. Şimdi servisi YE-KA olmayan bir TV araştırıyorum malesef...

Either you won't make a promise, or if you have promised, you will come. It is the human condition, if there is a valid problem, you will explain it to your customer. Trade ethics require this. You will not pretend nothing happened and keep people waiting in your house. Thank God I called Awoxu and immediately returned the TV. Now I am looking for a TV that does not have a service YE-KA.
