Asıl sorun kalite kontrol işleminin olmaması veya dikkatli yapılmaması. Kendilerini daha çok pazarlamada değil üretimde geliştirmeliler.
I bought a product on N11. They made curtains from faulty fabric and gave them to cargo. I went to the place for repair, they accepted their mistakes and immediately accepted to receive the refund. The main problem is the lack of quality control or not being done carefully. They should develop themselves more in production, not in marketing.
