Buildings are not very new but not bad pool, parking lot, playground, nice location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sakin nezih bir site. Çocuklar parkta rahatça oynayıp yazın havuza giriyorlar. Komşuluk da iyi insanlar birbirini tanıyorlar. Tek eksiği kapıda güvenlik görevlisi olmaması. Aidat ucuz, kapıcı da var.
Calm decent site. Children play comfortably in the park and enter the pool in summer. Neighborhood also good people know each other. The only shortcoming is that there is no security guard at the door. The fee is cheap, there is also a doorman.

It is a neglected place, there is no title deed, I hope it will be demolished and a new one will be built as soon as possible.
