★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu mağazadan Switzerland yatak ve yere sıfır baza (Luna olsa gerek). Öncelikle yatak için satış temsilcileri birbirinden tutarsız, yanlış ve eksik bilgi verdi. Birisi alez satabilmek için diğeri baza satabilmek için yanlış bilgiler verdi. Swiss Otelleri’nde yataktan memnun kaldığımız için yatağa zaten karar vererek gittiğimiz için umursamadık. Ancak bazadan ve servisinden hiç memnun kalmadık. Hem altı, hem içi toz olmayacak diye satıldı bu baza bize. Baza kumaşı zaten kirli geldi. Baza içindeki suntalar muntazam değil ve oldukça kalitesiz. Toz almaması imkansız. Üstelik bir o kadar da beklettiler. Kesinlikle bu baza fiyatının ederi değil.
Yatsan’ın Masko şubesinden 5 yıl kadar önce amethyst yasat almıştık. Switzerland yatak almak için gidip bizi yönlendirmeleriyle ve “eğer ki çökmeler olursa iade garantisi ile” amethyst aldık. Fiyasko! Yatsan Masko şubesibin terbiyesizlikleri bir yana yönlendirdikleri Kalite Kontrol/ARGE uzmanı yatağın üzerine iki eliyle bastırdı “yatağı çevirmeden kullanmışlar, kullanıcı hatası olarak” diye rapor yazacağını söyledi. Uzmanı Malzeme Mühendisi olarak eliyle basıtırıp yatağın neresinde nasıl yattığımızı anlayamayacağına ikna ettiğimde, Uzman bizim haklı olduğumuzu belirten bir rapor yazarsa işinden olacağını belirterek Amethyst yatak bu 5 yıllık süre içinde belimizi sakatladı.
Firma olarak ikinci defada da Yatsan’dan memnun kalmadık. Güvenilir bir firma değil.
Switzerland mattress and floor-standing base (must be Luna) from this store. First of all, the sales representatives for the mattress gave inconsistent, incorrect and incomplete information. One of them gave false information in order to sell the mattress and the other to sell the mattress. Since we were satisfied with the bed at Swiss Hotels, we did not care because we decided to go to bed already. However, we were not satisfied with the base and its service at all. This base was sold to us because it would not be dusty either. The base fabric is already dirty. The chipboards in the plinth are not uniform and of very poor quality. It's impossible not to dust. Moreover, they waited as long. Definitely not worth the price of this base.
We bought amethyst Yasat from Yatsan's Masko branch about 5 years ago. We bought amethyst with their guide to go to Switzerland to buy a mattress and "with a refund guarantee if there are any crashes". Fiasco! Aside from the rudeness of Yatsan Masko branch, the Quality Control/R&D specialist they directed pressed on the bed with both hands and said that he would write a report saying "they used the bed without turning it, it was a user error". When I convinced the Specialist, as a Materials Engineer, that he would not be able to understand where we slept on the bed and how we were sleeping, Amethyst mattress injured our back in this 5-year period.
As a company, we were not satisfied with Yatsan for the second time. It is not a reliable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alışveriş yaptığımız bir nokta oldu arkadaşlar son derece ilgiliydi doğru yatak alma konusunda defalarca farklı yatakları deneyimleyerek en son en mantıklı seçimi yapmamıza yardımcı oldular... Gerçi yatak geliş süresi biraz uzun oldu ama o da tek sıkıntısı olsun :)))
It was a point where we shop, friends were extremely interested in helping us make the last logical choice by trying different mattresses many times about getting the right bed ... Though the bed arrival time was a bit long but that is the only shortage :)))
