Alışveriş ödeme işlemleri tamamlandıktan sonra 30 iş (!) gününde ürünün teslim edileceği söylendi. 30 iş günü geçtiğinde hala neden yatağın gelmediğini sormak için aradığımda aslında biz aldıktan sonra teslimat süresinin 45 işgunune çıktığını söylediler. En azından bir dakika arayıp bilgilendirseydiniz daha etik olmaz mıydı diye sitem ettiğimizde cayma bedelini ödeyerek alışverişten vazgeçebileceğimizi söyledi mağaza görevlileri. Halen bekliyorum bugün yatağın ücretini peşin ödeyeli 50 gün oldu hala teslim edilmediği gibi en ufak bir bilgilendirme yok. Böyle bir esnaflık işletmecilik anlayışı yanlış. Bu davranış tamamen saygısızlık! 15 yıldır güvenerek alışveriş yaptığımız YATAŞ firmasına hiç yakışmadı. Alışveriş yaptığım için çok pişmanım.
As a customer I only expect a 2 minute phone announcement. It has been said that the product will be delivered within 30 business (!) Days after the shopping payment process has been completed. When I called to ask why the bed was still not coming when 30 working days passed, they actually said that the delivery time had increased to 45 working days after we received it. When we reproached that it would not be more ethical if you called and informed at least a minute, the shop staff said that we could stop shopping by paying the withdrawal fee. I am still waiting, today it has been 50 days since I paid for the bed in cash, it is still not delivered and there is no notification. Such a tradesmanship understanding is wrong. This behavior is completely disrespectful! It did not suit YATAŞ company, which we have been shopping for 15 years with confidence. I regret very much shopping.
