İade konusunda da aydınlatıcı açıklama yapamadılar .birbirinden farklı açıklama yaptılar . The product and the store are good, but the working friends could not provide sufficient and detailed information. Again, I bought the product I decided on. They could not give an enlightening explanation about the return. They made different statements from each other.

Bizi cok buyuk hayal kirikligna ve zor durumda birakan bi şube.. 8,200 liralik özel yatak aldim ENGELLİ hasta babam için ve iki kere yanliş fiyat verdiler sesimi çikarmadim .. yeni ürün yeni ürün diye söylendiler...sonra teslimat için gelince başlik ortada yok.. elektrikli yatağı kullanamiyoruz bile çünkü başlik olmadan olmuyor..hasta babami otellerde surukluyorum ordan oraya.. şuan 3.5 hafta oldu nerdeyse ben onlarla konuştum ve bana ahhh biz başlik siparişi geçmedik yok ekstra 600 kusur lira odemeniz gerekiyor diye bana geri dönüş yapmalari inanilmaz haksizlik... nasil bi şirket işletiyorsunuz nasil insanlarsiniz. PARANIZLA OYNİYAN BÖYLE Bİ FİRMAYLA SAKİN ÇALİŞMAYİN.. hiç profesyonel deyil. Yaziklar olsun size. Ayriyetten çalişanlarin hiç biri ne yaptiklarini bilmiyor bana el yaziyla verdiler fiyati sonra almaya geldim başka fiyat.. sonra başlik yok biz bilmiyorduk bu pahali ürün diye diye bana söylemeleri beni şaşırttı ve bana yeni fiyat çıkarttılar.. güvenmiyorum artik size. I DO NOT SUGGEST. A branch that left us in a very disappointing and difficult situation .. I bought a special bed of 8,200 lira for my DISABLED patient and they gave the wrong price twice. We cannot even use the electric bed because it is not possible without the headboard. I drive my father from there to the hotel .. It has been 3.5 weeks now, I talked to them and it is unbelievable injustice for them to come back to me because we have not passed the order for the headboard. How do you run a company, how are you people? DO NOT WORK WITH SUCH A COMPANY THAT PLAYS WITH YOUR MONEY .. it is not professional at all. Shame on you. In addition, none of the employees know what they are doing, they gave me the price by hand, then I came to buy another price .. then there is no title, we did not know, this expensive product surprised me when they told me and they gave me a new price .. I don't trust you anymore.

I think the business is very bad and nobody knows about it. We bought a bed and we couldn't leave the house because it will come for 3 days. If there was another company that sells Yataş mattresses, I would buy it from there. Pray that they sell Yataş brand.
