★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 01-04-2021 tarihinde Erendemir marka soba aldık ama ürün üzerinde emaye defolari var ve ayak yüksekliği eşit değildi topallı yordu sonra farkettik. Servisi aradım 3 hafta sonra bana dönüp sorunla telefon la ilgilendiler . Emaye defolari Garanti dışı imiş. Bende artık önemli değil dedim ilgi alaka 0 olunca .ne ola da almasaydim diye defalarca söyledim. Ve ayriyeten üst kapak açılmakta zorlanıyor arka demir elini yakar plastik koymamışlar ön alt sürgü takılıyor saymakla bitmiyor. İşin aslı Simfer veya eskiyen Ercan almadigima bin pişman oldum fark sadece 300 TL 1100 veren 300 daha verirdi. Ben yanlış yapıp tercihi Erendemir den yana kullandım sizler daha iyi düşünün bence tasarım mühendisleri daha güzel yapabilirler kalite kontrolü itinalı olabilirdi saygılarımla
 We bought an Erendemir brand stove on 01-04-2021, but we realized that there are enamel defects on the product and the foot height was not equal. I called the service 3 weeks later, they returned to me and dealt with the problem by phone. Enamel defects are out of warranty. I said it doesn't matter anymore. When the interest was 0, I said it many times, in case I didn't buy it. And in addition, the upper cover is difficult to open. The thing is, I regretted that I didn't buy Simfer or Ercan, the difference. I made a mistake and chose Erendemir, you guys think better, I think the design engineers could do it better, the quality control could have been meticulous. Best regards
