★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aksarayda 1 1.5 yıl gibi bir süre kalacak insanlar için gayet ideal bir konaklama yeri. Eşyalar sırf eşyalı demek için öylesine koyulmamış. Hepsi kaliteli ve kullanışlı. Dairelerin planları çok güzel ve insana yaşamak için alan bırakıyor. En önemli şeylerden biri de muhattabınız. Küçük hesaplar peşinde koşan biriyle muhattap olmayı kimse istemez, rezidansın sahibi Erdem beyin de öyle biri olmaması, 'ben binayı diktim kira gelsin nolursa olsun' diye düşünmemesi ve rezidansın her şeyiyle ilgilenen bir görevlisinin olması burayı güzel bir yer yapıyor.
It is an ideal accommodation place for people who will stay in Aksaray for 1 and 1.5 years. The items are just not put in just to say they are stuffed. All of them are high quality and useful. The plans of the apartments are very beautiful and leave space for people to live. One of the most important things is your addressee. Nobody wants to be in contact with someone who is after small calculations, the owner of the residence, Erdem Bey, is not like that, he does not think 'I built the building, let it be the rent', and that he has an employee who takes care of everything in the residence makes it a nice place.

Comfortable apartments, with all the details worthy of Aksaray, are considered ideal residences for long term stays. The attention and care of the authorities is also nice. I highly recommend it to everyone.

İçindeki eşyalar her ayrıntısıyla düşünülmüş ve normal 1+1 evlerden daha geniş bir yaşam alanına sahip. Aksaray'da yaşamı keyifli kılan en önemli şeylerden biri güzel bir ev ve yaşam rezidans bunu kesinlikle sağlıyor.
One of the most beautiful residences to stay in Aksaray. Building officer Yıldıray is an incredibly hard worker and someone who quickly finds solutions to all your problems. The furnishings inside have been thought through in every detail and have a larger living space than normal 1+1 houses. One of the most important things that make life enjoyable in Aksaray is a beautiful house and residence that certainly provides this.

Bina görevlisi Yıldıray bey'in de ilgi ve alakası ile daha da huzurlu ve guvenli bir yaşam sunuyor. Kira biraz pahali bence Türkiye de günden güne her sey arttığı için bu konu değişken onlarada haklılık veriyorum onun dışında hizmet ev güzel.
There is a landlord who is equipped with beautiful and high quality goods and strives for an even more enjoyable life with innovations. It offers an even more peaceful and secure life with the care and concern of Mr. Yıldıray, the building attendant. Rent is a bit expensive, I think, since everything is increasing day by day in Turkey, this subject is variable, and I justify them, apart from that, the service and the house are nice.
