★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlk kez Hatay usulü aldım ve kendimi soslanmis lavaş yiyor gibi hissettim. Usta içine patetes turşu vs koymamisti. Hatta yaparken malzemelerini içinden geçirmiş lava tavuk diye filsildamis gibiydi. Yediğiniz şey dişinizin kavugunu kesinlikle doldurmuyor.
I bought it for the first time in Hatay style and I felt like I was eating lavash with sauce. The master hadn't put pickles etc. in it. In fact, it was like filsildamis as a lava chicken that had passed its ingredients through it while making it. What you eat definitely does not fill the gums of your teeth.
