★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hayatım da bu kadar kötü bir banka görmedim bir işlemi en az 30 dakikada yapıp sıranızın gelmesi için 2 saat beklemeniz gerek!!!!
 I have never seen such a bad bank in my life, you have to do a transaction in at least 30 minutes and wait 2 hours for your turn !!!!

Steer clear of these rip-offs. Wanted to withdraw 500 TRY through ATM, they debited my account 520 TRY without notice or warning. Very unfair bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda gördüğüm en yavaş yapıkrediye şubesi. İçeri girdiğimde saat 10:17 ve içeride 4 kişi vardı ben 5. Kişiydim deskte oturan personel sayısı 5 çalışan banko sayısı 3 ve bana sıra 10:52 de geldi ayıp gerçekten.
The slowest build I've ever seen. When I came in at 10:17 and there were 4 people inside, I was the 5th person. The number of staff sitting at the desk was 5, the number of the counters was 3 and it came to me at 10:52 shame really.
