The branch with the roughest bank employees I have ever seen. It is about 1 hour to come to the queue because they work in ultra slow motion. I think they think their customers are slaves.

Branch personnel are very indifferent to the customer and they are unable to solve even the simple problems, they should find solutions to people instead of constantly making excuses.

I did not have any problems other than the rudeness and disrespect of the security guard. The security guard should either be trained immediately, the support of the person behind him should be withdrawn or he should be brought to higher authorities!
