I had a positive statement in my visit to Yapıkredi Banks. I can tell you that they will be able to make transactions without expecting more queues. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend the business to visit. Happy wishes, happy days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asla hizmet politikası olmayan bir banka boş zamanda çalışmıyor yoğun zamanda çalışmıyor.müşteri saygısı sıfır tanıdıklarını öden alıyor 4 gişe olmasına rağmen 2 gişe çalışıyor ama onlarda zorla çalışıyor.bu bankayla ilgili şikayetim burayla sınırlı kalmayacak.onlar yüzünden başka işlerim aksadı.asla buraya gelmeyin.
A bank that never has a service policy does not work in free time. It does not work at peak times. It has zero customer respect. It pays its acquaintances. Even though there are 4 toll booths, it works 2 counters but they also work hard. My complaint about this bank will not be limited to here. My other works are disrupted because of them. Never come here.

It's a very, very slow branch, although there are few customers inside, but if you have an incredibly slow business or something, don't come if you don't have any business, come sit from morning to evening, but it's your turn to wait for 1 hour for a small box office transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tarih 9 Kasım 2021, gişede 2 adet memur var ve şimdi öğrendiğim kadarı ile kredi işlemleriyle de onlar ilgilenmeye başlamış. Oysa ki daha önce bu işlemler yukarı katta başka birimler tarafından yapılıyordu. Yanı basit bir işleminiz varsa bile dakikalarca süren prosedürleri beklemek durumundasınız. Işler çok yavaş ilerliyor. Hele bir de yüzünüzde maske ile iyice cekilmez oluyor
The date is November 9, 2021, there are 2 officers at the box office and as far as I have learned, they have started to deal with loan transactions. However, previously, these operations were carried out by other units on the upper floor. In other words, even if you have a simple transaction, you have to wait for the procedures that take minutes. Things are moving very slowly. Especially with a mask on your face, it becomes unbearable.
